Manfred Mahrle
For the past 24 years I’ve embarked on the journey of establishing, nurturing and leading companies as a CFO, MD and CEO. I helped create a billion-dollar entity from humble beginnings in the Healthcare Service sector, and I’ve been leading large and diverse teams spanning multiple countries in both Europe and Asia.
As startup investor I bank on teams that engage to develop better solutions in healthcare, fintech, retail and e-commerce.
Over the years I’ve come to realize the profound value of a life in presence, based on a set of solid values and meaningful relationships. I thoroughly enjoy enabling the achievement of people and teams.
As a long-term member of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO) and part of peer Forums, I understand the value of peer coaching, where people meet even keel and unencumbered by ulterior motives but to support each other.

After some years in a Top Auditing Firm (PWC) I embarked on my corporate career with one of the leading Medical Device Companies worldwide, where I helped create a sizable and profitable 1bn+ healthcare company from humble beginnings, developing, acquiring and integrating medical service units, mostly in Europe and Asia.
I became country manager of a globally leading MedTech company (B. Braun) in Austria and the CEE Region at the age of 34. This is when I joined YPO (Young President’s Organization), one of the game changing decisions of my life with invaluable learning opportunities. In 2011 I was nominated member of the Asian board of B. Braun and returned to Austria after working, developing and learning 4 years in Asia.
Since 2016 I started to invest in startup companies (meanwhile 9 portfolio minority positions) and pursued some coaching educations following also YPO’s motto “Life. Long. Learning.” At the end of 2022, after 24 years of corporate life and at 50 years of age, I left the corporate world to share and provide my expertise and experience to other leaders and their teams in order to enable their full achievement.
